We are two UK-based artists, and best friends! We have been working together for nearly 4 years now, and have decided that we want to make something special.
It's difficult to go on social media these days without being besieged with post after post about how planet Earth is wilting; with bees dying, rainforests getting torn down, and countries having to survive without clean water, it's very hard to say we're doing much good for our home.In the face of this constant negativity, we felt it would be a nice change of pace to do something positive and celebrate the Earth's natural beauty. That's why, with the help of 38 other artists, we are coming together to create Hello, Planet, a zine which showcases this!
We have endevoured to show off all parts of the Earth; from the oceans to the arctic and everything in-between. And all in the name of charity! All of the proceeds of this zine will go towards Earthworks, a charity dedicated to protecting the both the environment and the communities inhabiting it.
Our zine will be A5 in size with 40 full-page spreads of colourful artwork from artists of many different backgrounds and art styles.
Our zine is currently available for pre-order on this store, and we're aiming to have everything complete and ready to go by October 2019!
